These Terms and Conditions of Purchases and Refunds (“Terms”) govern all product and service purchases from Green Bee Pharms LLC ( “Green Bee Pharms”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) via greenbeepharms.com (the “Website”) or from any other source. Your purchases of products through and use of our Website are governed by our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
Product
We offer legal industrial hemp that is grown pursuant to a cultivation and processor license from the Vermont Agency of Agriculture; Food and Markets. Vermont has implemented an agricultural pilot program under Section 7606 of the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill. The Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. As there may be trace amounts of THC, Green Bee Pharms makes no guarantee as to the lawfulness of any product offered on the Website or that you will be able to pass a drug test after consuming products available on the Website.
None of the products listed on the Website have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”). By using this Website, you acknowledge that you understand that the statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA; that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or ailment; and that results from our products may vary. Always check with a physician before trying any new dietary supplement, medicinal herb, or botanical extract.
Although Green Bee Pharms ships throughout the U.S., we encourage all of our customers to do their own research into their individual state and local laws.
Please understand that even though we screen three times for mold, it still can occur in your product. if you have any product that appears moldy, send us a photo at greenbeepharms@gmail.com and we’ll evaluate the product for you. after a thorough review, we will determine if it is worthy of a refund. in which case the customer pays the shipping.
Product Availability
We may set limits on the number of products that you may purchase on the Website. These limits may be based on factors such as product availability. If we determine after you make a purchase that some or all of the products you have ordered are not available, we will either refund the entire purchase or the portion of the purchase that is no longer in stock.
Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment for purchases made through our Website: Visa and Mastercard. All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars and we do not accept foreign currencies.
Order Confirmation
After you make a purchase on the Website, we will present you with a confirmation page and/or send you a confirmation email with an order reference number. It is your duty to confirm that an order was placed. If you do not receive a confirmation page or email, we will not be responsible for any losses you sustain.
Order Processing
We need two full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm EST. The average delivery time is five to seven business days. Please allow seven business days before contacting us with any questions concerning the status of your order.
Shipping Information
We only ship our products within the United States. All packages are sent according to customers’ shipping method requests (e.g., ground vs. two-day or three-day). We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $45.00 via USPS. We provide tracking numbers at the time of shipping. If you did not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder.
All products sold will come in heat-sealed bags, and/or commercial grade vacuum-sealed bags, with generic return information.
All orders also come with a standard “Notice to Law Enforcement” and a copy of the test results for that product’s corresponding batch. We do not include a bill of lading or an invoice inside the package. Generally, we ship with USPS.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier. In addition, Green Bee Pharms is not responsible for any order that is: stolen outside of the customer’s address, lost in transit, not delivered, or seized.
Fees
In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website may be subject to a non-refundable order processing fee.
Transfers
Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our orders are 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed as long as the package is unopened and un-damaged. We will either refund or replace products if a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, with the exception of any shipping or other fees. We reserve the right to require you to return any products you have purchased prior to refunding or exchanging your order.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
By purchasing any product on the Website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Bee Pharms and its agents, managers, officers, directors, representatives, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) arising from or growing out of any acts or omissions you commit, including but not limited to, violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order.
In no event will you be entitled to recover from Green Bee Pharms any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, or any damages for loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation, business, or goodwill, even if Green Bee Pharms has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the greenbeepharms.com website (the “Site”).
By using the site, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, Purchase Policy , as well as our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to our Policies or our Terms & Conditions, please do not use this site. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to this Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
